Who we are
Ecom Orderlytics is a product of Logic Brigade (“we”, “us”), a business registered in Pakistan. By creating an account, starting a free trial or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Ecom Orderlytics for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.
Your account and your team
You must give accurate details and keep your login safe. You decide who joins your business as a partner, VA or client, and you are responsible for what they do in your account. Tell us straight away at admin@logicbrigadeecom.com if you think someone has accessed it without permission.
Your data
You own the orders, figures, files and other data you bring into Ecom Orderlytics. You give us permission to store and process that data only to provide the service to you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Free trial
Each new business can have one 7-day free trial with every feature. When it ends, your account becomes view-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
Plans, limits and payment
Each plan has an account limit and a set of features, shown on the Pricing page. Plans are paid monthly in advance. The Payment Policy explains billing, and the Refund Policy explains cancellations.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
- Do not try to reach another business’s data or get around plan limits.
- Do not interfere with the service, overload it or copy it.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Ecom Orderlytics running at all times and to improve it, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance. We may add, change or remove features; if a change removes something important to your plan, we will tell you in advance.
Responsibility
Ecom Orderlytics shows the figures you and your team enter or import. Please check them before making business decisions. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from wrong data, decisions based on reports, or events outside our control, and our total responsibility is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can cancel at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your business account by emailing admin@logicbrigadeecom.com.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We may update them and will post the new date on this page; if a change is significant, we will also email account owners. Questions: admin@logicbrigadeecom.com.
