Add your marketplace accounts
Add each store once: its name, platform and marketplace. Each account keeps its own currency, so a UK eBay store reports in GBP and a US Amazon store in USD.

- Marketplaces: UK, US, EU, Canada, Australia
- Status: active or closed, history always kept

Choose the way that suits each account. You match your columns once and see a preview of new, changed and problem rows before anything is saved.

How syncing behaves
Clear rules, so the numbers on your dashboard always match what your team typed.
Month tabs are understood
Tabs named like “OCT”, “Sep” or “Nov 2026” are read as that month, so each tab lands in the right place.
One date per day is enough
A row with an empty Date takes the date of the row above, so typing the date on each day’s first order is all it needs.
Nothing is ever deleted
If a row is removed from the sheet, the order stays in your history. Your records only grow.
VA sheets work both ways
Orders a VA enters in the portal are written back to their sheet, and the newest edit wins.
Client sheets are read-only
Client order sheets are only read, never changed, so the client’s own sheet stays exactly as they keep it.
