What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, address and logo.
- Business data you import: orders, sale prices, payouts, costs, payments and documents.
- People you invite: the names and email addresses of partners, VAs and clients.
- Requests you send us: the details you enter in our trial and contact forms, with a reference ID.
How we use it
Only to run Ecom Orderlytics for you: showing your dashboards and reports, syncing your sheets, sending login, billing and service messages, replying to your requests, and support. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only the people in your business that you give access to, each limited to their own part, and our team when you ask for help or when we need to keep the service secure.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host the service and its database, to store form requests (Google Sheets), to send email, and to take payments. They process data only on our instructions. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your business account, we delete its data, except anything we must keep by law, such as payment records.
Security
Each business is kept separate in the database, every login only reaches its own data, and connections are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and remove people who no longer need access.
Your choices
You can see and update your details in the app, ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing admin@logicbrigadeecom.com. Ecom Orderlytics is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any update here with a new date, and email account owners about significant changes.
