Prices and currency
Plan prices are shown on the Pricing page in US dollars and Pakistani rupees. Customers in Pakistan can pay in PKR; customers elsewhere pay in USD. Any tax that applies in your country will be shown before you pay.
When you pay
Your first payment is due when your 7-day free trial ends. After that, your plan is billed monthly in advance on the same date each month.
How you pay
When your trial ends we send you the payment options for your country, such as bank transfer or an online payment link. Online card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Receipts
Every payment is confirmed by email with your plan, amount, period and payment reference.
Missed payments
If a payment is not received, we will remind you. After a short grace period of 3 days, your account becomes view-only: you can still see everything, but adding data and syncing sheets pause until the plan is renewed. Nothing is deleted.
Changing plans
Moving up takes effect straight away, and we will tell you any amount due for the rest of the month. Moving down takes effect from your next billing month. Features outside your new plan switch off, but their data is kept.
Price changes
If we change our prices, we will email account owners at least 30 days before the new price applies to them.
