Try before you pay
Every new business gets 7 days of every feature for free, so you can be sure Ecom Orderlytics fits before paying anything.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by messaging us or, once billing is live in the app, from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
Payments for a month that has already started are not refunded, including when you move to a smaller plan part-way through a month.
Charged by mistake
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, contact us within 7 days at admin@logicbrigadeecom.com with your payment reference and we will refund the mistaken amount.
Your data after cancelling
Cancelling never deletes your data. Your account stays viewable, and you can ask us for a copy or for deletion at any time.
